By accessing or using the Verbi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.
Verbi is a language learning application designed to help users build vocabulary fluency through short, adaptive sessions. The App may provide features including, but not limited to:
Features may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.

You agree not to use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
Learning data you create in the App—such as saved words, test results, preferences, and progress—remains associated with your account according to our Privacy Policy.
Educational content in the App (definitions, examples, pronunciations, and similar materials) is provided for learning purposes. Verbi does not guarantee that content is exhaustive, error-free, or suitable for every regional variant of a language.
Some features may use automated systems to personalize difficulty, suggest review timing, or surface content. You acknowledge that:
Verbi is intended for self-directed language learning only. The App does not provide certified language instruction, immigration or exam preparation guarantees, or professional translation services. For formal credentials, workplace requirements, or legal interpretation, consult qualified professionals or official resources.
The App may rely on sign-in, payment, analytics, or hosting services operated by third parties. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
If the App allows sharing, leaderboards, or other social interactions, you are responsible for your conduct and for obtaining consent before referencing other people. Verbi does not verify user identities and may restrict features if misuse is reported or detected.

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software—are owned by Verbi or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Certain features of the App may be available through a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
Free Trials
Verbi may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable fees will be charged.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to applicable app store policies.
Fee Changes
Verbi may modify subscription pricing at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with reasonable prior notice.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Verbi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or performance of the App.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verbi and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the App or other users.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Verbi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
