How do I reset my password?

Open the Verbi app, go to sign in, and use the “Forgot password” flow. You will receive a link to reset your password at the email on your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open your store account subscriptions and cancel Verbi there. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is Verbi free?

Verbi offers a free experience with core learning features. Premium plans unlock additional content and tools. Details are shown in the app before you subscribe.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the app settings or follow the instructions on our delete account page. Some data may be retained as required by law.

The app crashed or will not update. What should I try?

Update to the latest version from your app store, restart your device, and ensure you have a stable connection. If the issue persists, contact us using the form below.
